My Mom was a very talented seamstress and crafter.  She used to organise craft days for me and a few of my friends in the school holidays which is when I first started knitting before I went to primary school so I have been a knitter ever since I can remember and started my first woolly business in 1986 when I had a market stall selling knitting yarn and accessories and travelled to various local markets. It's obviously always been my destiny and maybe in my genes.

We moved to our farmhouse in 2003 and since then I always had a few pet sheep and of course their fleece, which is what first got me interested in spinning.  Initially I taught myself to spin and I was totally hooked from the word go!  I furthered my interest with various studies, college courses and private tuition, while running my local spinning group Wrekin Spinners.  I have a wealth of experience with a multitude of different crafts and equipment, and I will be happy to help you choose the right craft equipment for you.
